Membership Form
- Memberships are required for all anglers participating in Ultimate Bass Team Tour Tournaments.
- Memberships are valid for any UBTT Tournament from January 1st through December 31st of each year.
- Single membership $30.00, Family membership $45.00 (must be living in same household, with same mailing address).
- When printing a membership form you will also be printing a waiver form, both must be filled out and signed.
- Military Membership. Ultimate Bass Team Tour is dedicated to our troops, both state side, overseas and retired. To help show our appreciation a we want to offer any and all Military service members a 50% discount on single and family memberships, this includes all NATIONAL GUARD, RESERVISTS and RETIRED MILITARY PERSONAL. All we ask is that you please show proof that you are a current Military member or have retired from a Military branch when signing up for membership. Just one small way for us to say "thank you" for the freedom we all enjoy each day.
